Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. Simba Steel provides wholesale pricing on larger quantities of tie wire, mesh, fencing, and other hardware so contractors and job sites can save on bulk orders. Request a bulk quote through our Contact page and our team will get back to you with pricing.
Where do you ship from, and how fast will my order arrive?
We stock our products in the USA and ship quickly to addresses across the country. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout β€” you'll see an estimated delivery window before you complete your order.
Do you ship to my address?
We ship orders to the shipping address you provide at checkout, so please double-check it's correct before confirming your purchase. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, contact us before ordering.
What if an item is listed as out of stock?
Restocks depend on product availability and demand. Check back on the product page for updates, or reach out to our support team and we can let you know if a restock is expected.
Will the product I receive look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent every product accurately, but slight differences in color or finish can occur due to lighting, screen settings, or normal manufacturing variation. Check the product description for exact specs like gauge, coating, and dimensions.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us at info@simbasteel.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items must be unused and in original packaging. We only exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. See our full Return & Refund policy page for details, including return windows and non-returnable items.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns; these are non-refundable. If an item arrived defective or damaged, contact us first β€” we'll make it right.
Where can I find my order receipt or order history?
Sign in to your account and check the Order History section for your receipts and past orders. If you checked out as a guest, look for the confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal at checkout.
Is your product commercial/job-site grade?
Yes. Our tie wire, mesh, fencing, and hardware are built to commercial grade standards for demanding job sites, and are trusted by contractors as well as DIY customers.
